as an aside: if you do not own a copy of Rossini's Guglielmo Tell, you should rush on over to iTunes, where you can download the ENTIRE 4 CD set for $9.99. With Milnes, Pavarotti, Freni, Ghiaurov ... You don't get any of the liner notes or the libretto, but still it's an amazing bargain. The retail value is something like $70.
